About the role
- Oracle Cloud Delivery Leader responsible for Oracle Cloud ERP transformations at PwC. Leading and managing diverse teams to optimize operational efficiency and achieve strategic objectives.
Responsibilities
- Leading the delivery of business led, technology-enabled Oracle Cloud ERP transformation programs
- Contributing to identify, develop and win significant Oracle ERP transformation projects
- Defining, monitoring and delivering on project scope, schedule, and budget by understanding our client’s business goals and objectives
- Architecting complex Oracle Cloud solutions, across multi-pillars, including Oracle ERP, SCM, HCM and EPM
- Managing diverse teams of motivated and talented individuals, contributing to their development and helping them reach their potential via formal and informal coaching
- Leading and contributing to business development activities, writing and presenting proposals, responding to RFPs, and developing the firm’s Oracle methodologies and assets
Requirements
- 8+ years of proven experience in large-scale Oracle ERP business transformation and implementation as a delivery leader
- Completed at least 3 Oracle ERP transformations for clients in various industries, including multi-pillar implementations
- In-depth understanding of the ERP and business challenges faced by clients, and proven ability to deliver innovative business and technical solutions to meet these challenges
- Experience as a delivery leader or solution architect for Oracle Cloud cross-pillar engagements (ERP with HCM, or ERP with SCM) is a must
- Certification in Oracle Cloud applications or equivalent experience is highly desired.
- Fluency in French is required when applying to a Quebec based opportunity. Outside of Quebec, fluency in French is an asset.
