Responsibilities
Play an integral part of the sales and distribution process
Work alongside Wholesale Territory Managers, Wholesale Accounts, and Factory Outlet teams
Ensure assigned doors have the right product at the right time
Collaborate with internal operational, commercial, and demand planning teams
Monitor allocation, delays, and risks related to order deliveries
Proactively manage the order book fulfillment process
Act as a hub for communication between wholesale customers and internal teams
Provide exceptional support to guest-facing teams
Requirements
3+ year in a Customer Service, Retail Management, or Allocations role
Able to read, write, fluently speak and understand both English and French
Highly effective verbal and written communication skills
Proactive and comfortable communicating with customers via phone and email
Strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
Demonstrate attention to detail, including accurate data entry skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel
Proactive in identifying the root cause of issues and developing solutions
Remain highly flexible and adaptable when faced with ambiguity
Effectively balance autonomy and collaboration
