Responsibilities
Install specified equipment at customer sites, including tasks such as: Build-set up hardware/software, Training customer stakeholders on our solutions, and Go Live activities.
Complete deployment specialist training plans and demonstrate competency for the installation and support for BD Solution hardware and software.
Provide problem solving, troubleshooting and system consultation as needed for client.
Manage project escalations for favorable outcomes.
Timely completion of internal company and project documentation.
Execute additional tasks assigned.
Requirements
College diploma, or DEP, AEC, or DEC, in mechanical engineering, industrial mechanics, automation, or other technical field.
At least two (2) years of relevant experience in a similar position, including automation hardware and software installation and/or implementation; pharmacy technician or pharmacy assistant experience may be considered.
Must have good understanding and demonstrated proficiency using Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and OneNote).
Basic knowledge of network communication and connectivity concepts.
Ability to follow technical steps for device configuration.
