Documentation Officer providing operational support for corporate cash management products at RBC. Engaging with clients and partners to enhance operational efficiency and compliance.
Responsibilities
Provide ongoing day-to-day fulfillment of cash management product servicing and operational support for high value Corporate Client Group
Open/close maintenance for Foreign Currency Accounts
Liaison FACTA / CIVT relating to Documentation Specialist
Housekeeping of GBSC Master Client List
Assume ownership and accountability for the resolution of client business accounts and all related documentation requirements issues/activity
Direct client contact to analyze & develop cash management fulfillment strategies
Identify service/operational inefficiencies and make recommendations for value added enhancements to appropriate entities
Ensure adherence of Operations Risk, Compliance and Anti Money Laundering (AML) policies, processes and procedures as per “Folio” guidelines to mitigate operational/credit risk
Work closely with various partners to build, implement and sustain cash management documentation and client business account requirements
Act as the primary point of contact for the end-to-end documentation / client account servicing routines and operations process / fulfillment management
Anticipate and proactively identify process improvements, innovation opportunities and best practices
Requirements
Bilingualism (English and French) required
Required to communicate with teams located across Canada

Strong familiarity with RBC Cash management products and services (Nice-to-have)
In depth knowledge of RBC applications, systems and procedures (Nice-to-have)
Experience in customer service, within a senior market or cash management environment (Nice-to-have)
