Responsibilities

- Develop and Review processes and procedures
- Support and assist with new and renewal licensing applications
- Create and maintain all client and licensing records in applicable systems
- Collaborate and support the Channel Design and Initiative Delivery team on projects impacting the group distribution channel
- Review and clean up data within the Salesforce platform to improve platform efficiency
- Perform data classification review and updates for Insurance's applications/systems
- Gain hands-on exposure to the processes involved in transitioning products from development to production, including release planning, UAT (User Acceptance Testing), and post-production validation.
- Design and implement data-driven solutions to support the CIO office's strategic initiatives.
- Ensure alignment with the Enterprise data classification as outlined in the Enterprise Data Security Standards.
- Actively participate in the development and/or monitoring of controls to support compliance requirements and risks identified.
- Document processes or upgrade existing procedure manuals.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including IT, operations, and product development, to ensure timely resolution of issues and continuous improvement of applications.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Mathematics, Finance, Data Science, or Computer Science
- Knowledge in Building, Documenting, and Assessing Processes
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint & Excel)
- Strong Teamwork and Collaboration Skills
- Analytical Thinking and strong data literacy
- Ability to think critically and 'outside the box'
- Experience with End User Reporting Tools (ex. Tableau) and with CRM Tools (ex. Salesforce)
- Actuarial Knowledge and Insurance industry knowledge
- Familiar with SQL and Power BI
