About the role

  • Senior Manager driving global sales discipline, transformation, and capability deployment. Supporting Regal Rexnord’s sustainable industrial motion manufacturing business and worldwide sales teams.

Responsibilities

  • Drive global sales discipline, cadence and standardization of account management and sales processes
  • Lead Global Commercial Excellence AIP across commercial teams
  • Facilitate and lead sales and account management discipline, cadence and capabilities globally
  • Set the strategic sales plan and roadmap and drive sales transformation, leadership alignment and internal execution
  • Represent the sales voice of the customer in global program strategy, design and delivery
  • Identify internal and external sales best practices and define global deployment plans
  • Develop and drive sales policy and AIP deployment initiatives
  • Drive sales best practices, business transformation and strategy deployment through sales teams
  • Partner with sales leaders to facilitate and drive customer growth objectives
  • Report directly to the VP, Sales & Marketing

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, sales or related function
  • 7+ years of professional experience
  • 5+ years in Sales, Commercial Finance or Sales Operations
  • Experience in a similar role
  • Knowledge/Experience with Salesforce/CRM
  • Ability to influence key stakeholders in matrix environment
  • Ability to adjust to varying priorities, be flexible and handle more than one activity at a time
  • Knowledge and experience with sales incentive plans a plus
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Very strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to manipulate large amounts of data
  • Proven experience driving improvement and efficiency in a commercial environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States without requiring company sponsorship to obtain or keep U.S. work authorization
  • Willingness to travel less than 25%
