Responsibilities

  • Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with overall business objectives
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and utilize customer data to identify new product opportunities and improve existing offerings
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales, Data) to align, develop, and execute product initiatives
  • Prioritize product features and tasks based on customer needs, business goals, and measurable impact
  • Communicate product plans, progress updates, and results clearly to stakeholders
  • Gather, analyze, and incorporate feedback from customers, stakeholders, and internal teams
  • Create detailed, high-quality product specifications and documentation
  • Lead user research initiatives to gather insights and inform product improvements
  • Set, monitor, and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success
  • Ensure timely delivery of product milestones, managing trade-offs effectively
  • Mentor and support team members, promoting growth in product design and management skills
  • Champion a customer-centric approach to maximize product value, innovation, and utility
  • Drive data-driven decisions, optimize post-launch product performance, and proactively solve challenges

Requirements

  • 3+ years of workplace product management experience, ideally in a consumer-facing technology or proptech company
  • Proven track record in launching successful products and managing their lifecycle effectively
  • Experience in conducting thorough market research, competitive analyses, and leveraging customer insights
  • Demonstrated capability in leading cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Data
  • Experience mentoring and developing team members
