- Prioritize product features and tasks based on customer needs, business goals, and measurable impact
- Communicate product plans, progress updates, and results clearly to stakeholders
- Gather, analyze, and incorporate feedback from customers, stakeholders, and internal teams
- Create detailed, high-quality product specifications and documentation
- Lead user research initiatives to gather insights and inform product improvements
- Set, monitor, and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success
- Ensure timely delivery of product milestones, managing trade-offs effectively
- Mentor and support team members, promoting growth in product design and management skills
- Champion a customer-centric approach to maximize product value, innovation, and utility
- Drive data-driven decisions, optimize post-launch product performance, and proactively solve challenges
Requirements
- 3+ years of workplace product management experience, ideally in a consumer-facing technology or proptech company
- Proven track record in launching successful products and managing their lifecycle effectively
- Experience in conducting thorough market research, competitive analyses, and leveraging customer insights
- Demonstrated capability in leading cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Data
- Experience mentoring and developing team members
