Responsibilities
Lead ARR (Annual Recurring Revenue) reporting, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with SaaS best practices
Own and define core SaaS metrics (ARR, NRR, GRR) and ensure consistent definitions across the organization
Develop and analyze retention, churn, and cohort reporting to support revenue forecasting and strategic planning
Perform advanced data manipulation and modeling across large and complex datasets
Partner with cross-functional teams (Finance, Revenue Operations, Sales, Product) to improve reporting and insights
Build and maintain dashboards and reports for executive leadership
Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning initiatives
Support board reporting, including functional P&L tracking and operational KPI’s
Validate data integrity across CRM, billing, and financial systems (i.e. Salesforce)
Assist with M&A-related financial analysis, including due diligence and post-acquisition integration support (as applicable)
Continuously improve reporting processes, tools, and data accuracy
Requirements
Strong hands-on experience with ARR reporting and SaaS financial reporting
Proven expertise in retention and churn analysis
Expert-level data manipulation skills (advanced Excel, SQL, or similar tools)
Strong understanding of SaaS revenue recognition principles and subscription business models
Demonstrated ability to operate independently and manage multiple analytical workstreams
Experience using Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools
Exposure to M&A transactions or integration work
Background in high-growth or VC/PE-backed SaaS/technology environments
