- Associate supporting AI transformation, strategic technology initiatives, and financial planning at Sagard, a global alternative asset manager. Preparing executive materials and redesigning workflows across technology and AI functions.
Responsibilities
- Support AI and technology transformation initiatives across the organization
- Identify opportunities and help embed AI-driven changes into ways of working
- Support the design and execution of strategic technology initiatives from scoping through delivery
- Help manage financial planning and forecasting, including budget tracking across technology and AI functions
- Map workflows, identify opportunities for AI to replace or augment manual work, and help implement redesigns
- Prepare executive briefings, executive committee decks, and strategic analyses
- Track adoption, business value, and outcomes of AI and technology initiatives
- Help establish processes, intake mechanisms, and operating rhythms for business teams
- Conduct research and analysis to inform technology and AI decisions
- Work directly with the Chief of Staff to the CEO of Diagram and Managing Partner, Head of Technology & AI at Sagard
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in management consulting focused on AI, corporate strategy, or a similar role at a technology-first organization
- Genuine enthusiasm for AI and a hands-on approach to using it
- Active use of AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, n8n, or similar
- Finance and data fluency, including comfort with numbers and quantitative analysis
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Interest in building processes from scratch
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple workstreams with competing priorities
- Discretion and sound judgment when handling confidential information and senior stakeholders
- Self-starter mindset with ability to identify problems and propose solutions independently
- Strong proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft 365
- Exposure to financial services, venture capital, asset management, or technology organizations is nice to have
- Bilingual proficiency in French is nice to have
