Responsibilities
Support The Salvation Army’s Digital Workplace function
Manage daily operations such as system monitoring, reporting, research, testing, deployment, and implementation support
Ensure technology systems, devices, and organizational data are secure and reliable
Collaborate with project teams, vendors, IT stakeholders, and end users
Investigate security anomalies and contribute to resolution efforts
Produce operational reports and technology insights to support decision-making
Requirements
University degree related to Computer Science or Information Technology
ITIL v4 Foundations Certification preferred
Minimum of three (3+) years managing or supporting IT systems and platforms
Minimum of two (2+) years of experience with endpoint management, analytics, automation tools
Experience supporting enterprise digital workplace technologies
Strong technical expertise in Microsoft Windows, Apple macOS, Apple iOS, Microsoft 365, and modern web browsers
Knowledge of digital employee experience (DEX) principles and Generative AI
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
