About the role

  • Digital Workplace Specialist role managing technology systems and support at The Salvation Army. Enhancing productivity, security, and digital experience through technology management.

Responsibilities

  • Support The Salvation Army’s Digital Workplace function
  • Manage daily operations such as system monitoring, reporting, research, testing, deployment, and implementation support
  • Ensure technology systems, devices, and organizational data are secure and reliable
  • Collaborate with project teams, vendors, IT stakeholders, and end users
  • Investigate security anomalies and contribute to resolution efforts
  • Produce operational reports and technology insights to support decision-making

Requirements

  • University degree related to Computer Science or Information Technology
  • ITIL v4 Foundations Certification preferred
  • Minimum of three (3+) years managing or supporting IT systems and platforms
  • Minimum of two (2+) years of experience with endpoint management, analytics, automation tools
  • Experience supporting enterprise digital workplace technologies
  • Strong technical expertise in Microsoft Windows, Apple macOS, Apple iOS, Microsoft 365, and modern web browsers
  • Knowledge of digital employee experience (DEX) principles and Generative AI
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
