Responsibilities
- Support The Salvation Army’s Digital Workplace function
- Manage daily operations such as system monitoring, reporting, research, testing, deployment, and implementation support
- Ensure technology systems, devices, and organizational data are secure and reliable
- Collaborate with project teams, vendors, IT stakeholders, and end users
- Investigate security anomalies and contribute to resolution efforts
- Produce operational reports and technology insights to support decision-making
Requirements
- University degree related to Computer Science or Information Technology
- ITIL v4 Foundations Certification preferred
- Minimum of three (3+) years managing or supporting IT systems and platforms
- Minimum of two (2+) years of experience with endpoint management, analytics, automation tools
- Experience supporting enterprise digital workplace technologies
- Strong technical expertise in Microsoft Windows, Apple macOS, Apple iOS, Microsoft 365, and modern web browsers
- Knowledge of digital employee experience (DEX) principles and Generative AI
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
