Responsibilities
Support and manage IT infrastructure and end-user systems across TSA locations in Ottawa and Montreal
Provide direction and oversight to all IT operations, network security and communications systems for multiple TSA locations in GTA area
Support the technology operations and the implementation of new IT systems, network, and policies
Inspect and identify the use of technological equipment and software to ensure functionality and efficiency
Manage and support all network connected systems for multiple sites
Respond and resolve requests related to technical or non-technical issues
Requirements
Completion of a diploma or university degree in computer science, engineering or relevant field
Minimum five (5) years of experience in implementation and support of IT systems
Must possess a valid driver’s license, vehicle and have a clean driving record
Sound understanding of computer systems (hardware/software), networks etc.
Strong sense of integrity with professional ethics
Able to proactively recognize potential risks and issues, respond with solutions and engage others in implementing change
