Responsibilities
Design, build, test, and maintain scalable backend services using .NET
Develop and enhance modern, responsive front-end applications using React
Contribute to and maintain cloud-native infrastructure and services in AWS
Take end-to-end ownership of features—from technical design through deployment and post-release optimization
Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and other Engineering team members to deliver customer-driven outcomes
Leverage AI-assisted development tools to improve development efficiency and innovation
Contribute to architectural discussions and technical decision-making
Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code aligned with best practices
Participate in code reviews and provide thoughtful feedback to peers
Proactively identify and address technical debt and system performance improvements
Continuously explore new technologies and patterns, especially in AI-empowered development workflows
Support a culture of accountability, curiosity, and continuous improvement
Requirements
3+ years of professional software development experience
Strong experience building backend systems using .NET (C#)
Experience developing front-end applications using React
Hands-on experience working with AWS (e.g., EC2, Lambda, RDS, S3, or similar services)
Experience building and maintaining production-grade SaaS applications
Demonstrated ownership of features or systems in previous roles
Strong understanding of software design principles, testing practices, and version control
Comfortable working in collaborative, cross-functional teams
Experience using AI-powered development tools and an enthusiasm for integrating AI into your workflow
Based in the Lower Mainland and able to work in-office in downtown Vancouver several days per week
