Responsibilities
- AI-Assisted Design: Use AI-based design tools daily to accelerate ideation, wireframing, and prototyping
- Product Design and Execution: Lead end-to-end design for key product features, from concept to delivery
- Design System and Consistency: Maintain and evolve our design system to ensure consistency across all product areas
- User Research and Insight: Conduct user interviews, surveys, and usability tests to inform design decisions
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Product Managers and Engineers throughout the build process
Requirements
- Experience in product or UX/UI design, ideally within a SaaS environment
- Strong, active working knowledge of AI design tools (Figma AI, Galileo, Claude, or similar). This is a must, not a bonus
- Strong Figma skills with a portfolio that shows real problem-solving, not just pretty screens
- Solid grasp of user research methods including interviews, surveys, and usability testing
- Experience maintaining or contributing to a design system
- Energized by startup pace. You don’t need everything to be defined to do great work
- Exceptional communicator. Clear, direct, and proactive. This is non-negotiable
- Business professional English communication skills.
