AI Product Manager defining AI-native platform strategies and roadmaps at Sherweb. Collaborating across teams to ensure the platform meets the evolving needs of partners and clients.
Responsibilities
Define the vision for an AI-native platform, prioritizing agentic architectures, multi-agent orchestration, and LLM-based workflows as core building blocks of Sherweb's growth.
Own the roadmap for agents, orchestration services, and AI workflows, balancing first-party agent experiences with third-party extensibility for partners and their vendors of choice.
Track the rapidly evolving landscape of foundation models, agent frameworks (MCP, A2A protocols), orchestration tooling, and competitor agent ecosystems, translating marketplace intelligence into strategy.
Collaborate closely with Marketing and Sales to develop action plans, communication strategies, and sales tools that clearly articulate the value and capabilities of an agentic platform and its integration ecosystem.
Engage clients (both internal & external), partners, and external vendors to capture agent workflow needs, drive integrations and extensibility, and promote responsible adoption.
Mentor peers and build organizational fluency in LLMs, agent design, evaluations, RAG, and responsible AI practices.
Analyze sales results, customer feedback, internal feedback, and AI-specific telemetry (model accuracy, latency, cost, adoption, and quality signals) to refine strategies, offerings, and customer satisfaction goals.
Represent Sherweb as a voice in the agentic AI and platform ecosystem space, championing responsible AI and an open, extensible vision.
