About the role

  • Technical Fellow helping Sherweb partners build profitable Microsoft Copilot and AI practices. Advising, enabling, and representing Sherweb through workshops, thought leadership, and partner programs.

Responsibilities

  • Help Sherweb partners build profitable, repeatable Microsoft Copilot and AI practices
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to internal teams and external partners
  • Provide strategic guidance, technical expertise, adoption best practices, business workflow insight, and hands-on enablement
  • Help partners understand how Microsoft Copilot improves productivity, collaboration, decision-making, and customer outcomes across Microsoft 365 environments
  • Represent Sherweb through webinars, partner workshops, events, community engagement, technical content, executive briefings, and strategic partner conversations
  • Help partners build and grow Microsoft Copilot and AI service offerings
  • Lead readiness workshops, business value discussions, and adoption planning sessions
  • Advise partners on positioning Copilot as a business transformation solution and developing repeatable service offerings
  • Deliver adoption, readiness, and enablement programs for partners and internal teams
  • Identify high-value business use cases and create adoption frameworks
  • Develop demos, training materials, and best practices to drive lasting user adoption and business value
  • Guide partners on Microsoft 365 readiness, governance, security, compliance, and responsible AI practices
  • Support safe and effective AI deployment strategies
  • Represent Sherweb as a Microsoft Copilot and AI subject matter expert
  • Create thought leadership content and engage with Microsoft and partner communities
  • Enable sales, marketing, technical, and partner success teams on Copilot and AI positioning
  • Support messaging, enablement materials, demos, and partner programs
  • Collaborate with Microsoft stakeholders and internal teams to drive AI-focused initiatives

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in Microsoft technologies, consulting, partner enablement, solution advisory, or technical leadership roles
  • Strong expertise in Microsoft 365, Microsoft Copilot, Modern Work, AI adoption, and digital transformation
  • Experience working with Microsoft partners, MSPs, CSPs, VARs, or channel-focused organizations
  • Deep understanding of Microsoft 365 workloads, including Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, storytelling, presentation, and public speaking skills
  • Ability to translate complex AI concepts into practical business outcomes and influence diverse stakeholder groups
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving technology environment and travel as required
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot adoption, enablement, or deployment programs
  • Knowledge of Copilot Studio, AI agents, prompt engineering, or business process automation
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Purview, information protection, governance, and compliance concepts
  • Experience building partner programs, technical communities, training content, or enablement initiatives
  • Experience presenting at Microsoft, partner, or industry events
  • Microsoft certifications in Copilot, Microsoft 365, Security, Modern Work, Power Platform, or related technologies
  • Active involvement in Microsoft partner or technical communities
  • Fluency in English required
