About the role

  • Territory Manager driving hygiene and cleaning-solution sales for Diversey Canada. Managing North Toronto accounts, customer relationships, and chemical-dispensing equipment service.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute territory sales plans to achieve revenue and growth targets
  • Build and maintain customer relationships in food service, hospitality, healthcare, and facility management
  • Provide preventative maintenance, emergency service, and installation support within the territory
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand market share within the North Toronto market
  • Provide technical expertise and product demonstrations
  • Install, maintain, and repair chemical dispensing systems and leased equipment at customer locations
  • Collaborate with marketing, operations, and technical support teams
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and sustainability initiatives

Requirements

  • Candidates must reside in the vicinity of North Toronto
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
  • Technical skills with plumbing and electrical components are preferred
  • Experience in hygiene, cleaning, or chemical solutions industry is an asset
  • Sales or account management experience, preferably in B2B or industrial sectors
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Computer skills including Microsoft Applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Salesforce CRM
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and customer-focused
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to work nights and weekends as determined by business need
  • Willingness to travel overnight as required
