About the role
- Senior Client Delivery Manager leading full-cycle ERP implementations for mid-sized and enterprise clients. Managing post-go-live accounts, renewals, upsells, and long-term client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end ERP software implementation and consulting projects for mid-sized and enterprise clients
- Own ongoing account management relationships beyond go-live
- Deliver complex ERP solutions on time, within budget, and to quality standards
- Develop project plans and work breakdown structures covering scope, budget, resources, and timelines
- Bridge executive sponsors, steering committees, client project managers, department heads, IT teams, and external software vendors
- Identify roadblocks and establish risk mitigation strategies
- Manage system testing, data migration cycles, and final go-live/cutover strategy
- Establish hypercare and transition clients to the regular support desk
- Collaborate on statements of work
- Manage and resolve conflicts with team members
- Gather and document business requirements, processes, and objectives
- Coordinate functional consultants, technical developers, data migration specialists, and quality assurance resources
- Facilitate workshops, status meetings, and executive steering committee updates
- Ensure project governance, change management, and best-practice adherence
- Manage client expectations and maintain strong relationships
- Monitor account health and satisfaction, identify additional-service, upsell, and renewal opportunities
- Oversee data migration, system integration, testing, training, and go-live support
- Contribute to continuous improvement of ERP implementation methodology and templates
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
- MBA or equivalent experience preferred
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Project Management
- At least 3 years focused on ERP software implementations or similar enterprise systems
- Proven track record successfully delivering full-cycle ERP implementations from discovery through go-live and hypercare
- Experience with at least one major ERP platform (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Syspro, Infor, Epicor, Sage, or similar)
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (PMBOK, Agile/Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches)
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to travel to client sites as required, typically 10–20%
- Experience implementing SYSPRO ERP strongly preferred
- PMP, PRINCE2, or other relevant project management certifications
- Prior consulting services background
- Experience in manufacturing, distribution, or wholesale industry verticals
- Knowledge of SQL, data migration tools, integration platforms (e.g., Boomi, MuleSoft), AI platforms, and reporting tools
