About the role

  • Senior Salesforce Administrator responsible for management of Salesforce operations and quality assurance processes, directly contributing to operational efficiency and team collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary owner of Salesforce, including configuration, customization, security, and ongoing optimization.
  • Manage user roles, permissions, profiles, flows, validation rules, and declarative automation.
  • Partner with Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Deployment, Support and Finance to translate business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions.
  • Own data hygiene, governance, and reporting accuracy across the platform.
  • Leverage Salesforce AI tools (e.g., Einstein AI, Agentforce) to automate administrative workflows and improve operational efficiency.
  • Lead QA efforts for all Salesforce changes, including new features, enhancements, integrations, and bug fixes.
  • Design and execute test plans, regression testing, and UAT processes to ensure high‑quality releases.
  • Identify risks early and proactively address issues before they reach production.
  • Serve as the final quality gate before deployments, ensuring changes meet functional and performance standards.
  • Identify opportunities to simplify workflows, reduce technical debt, and improve system usability.
  • Document processes, test cases, and system changes to support long‑term scalability.
  • Enable internal teams through clear documentation, training materials, and release notes.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience in a complex, fast‑growing environment.
  • Strong experience owning QA processes for Salesforce or similar enterprise systems.
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification.
  • Salesforce Advanced Administrator Certification.
  • Deep understanding of Salesforce declarative tools (Flows, validation rules, permissions, reports, dashboards).
  • Experience with release management, sandbox strategies, and change control.
  • Ability to think both strategically and tactically—balancing long‑term scalability with immediate business needs.
  • Excellent communication skills and comfort working with technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
