Responsibilities
**In this role, you will:**
Create and execute test suites
Identify, document, and track bugs
Write clear and reproducible test cases
Create, edit, and support User Acceptance Testing with Client Success
Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot issues
Participate in product discussions
Help improve testing processes and quality standards
Assist with basic test automation where possible
Create and maintain test and standards documentation
Build recording plans and audio assets
Correspond and build relationships with voice talents
Maintain audio assets
Integrate AI into QA processes
Requirements
**Required Qualifications**
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or graduating soon)
Basic understanding of **software testing concepts**
Strong attention to detail
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong written communication skills
**Nice to Have**
Basic programming knowledge (JavaScript, Python, or Java)
Experience with issue tracking tools (Jira, Linear, etc.)
