Responsibilities
Assess, resolve or escalate software and hardware technology issues
Prioritize, assess and complete business requests in a timely manner
Being available during off hours on a rotating shift to address urgent incidents
Documentation, design, configuration and implementation of enterprise technologies
Working with outside vendor support and IT business analysts to track progress on deficiencies
Be the data steward for distribution and parts master management
Requirements
College Diploma or University Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
2–5 years of experience supporting IT technologies in a corporate environment
Experience providing technical support in Windows environments
Familiarity supporting Apple/Mac devices
Experience with Microsoft 365 and the Microsoft ecosystem
Understanding of networking fundamentals and troubleshooting methodologies
Experience using IT ticketing or service management platforms
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrated ability to prioritize competing demands and manage multiple tasks effectively
Customer-focused approach with strong interpersonal skills.
