Data Analyst joining Data Squad at Stay22 to contribute to data insights for decision-making. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance data pipelines and business intelligence.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with the Neuro Squad on analysis and experimentation to evaluate and guide initiatives aimed at improving ML models
Collaborate with the Integrations Squad to validate partner integration data, ensure data accuracy and consistency in reports, and align with the Supply team and other stakeholders
Work with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and provide analytical and technical expertise
Identify, analyze, and interpret trends and patterns in complex datasets to support strategic decision-making and uncover growth opportunities
Present insights and recommendations to key stakeholders, translating data into concrete actions
Identify, coordinate, and support A/B tests and experimentation initiatives
Create, maintain, and evolve dashboards to ensure company-wide visibility and alignment on key metrics
Train and mentor teams to enable them to perform their own analyses and make data-driven decisions
Contribute to defining and improving instrumentation, tracking standards, and naming conventions to ensure data consistency and reliability
Ensure data accuracy, quality, and integrity by implementing validation (QA) processes
Requirements
Strong proficiency in English is required for daily communication with international colleagues.
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information management, statistics, or a related field
3–5+ years of experience as an analyst (analytics, data science, BI, strategy, or insights)
Excellent proficiency in SQL
Strong experience in data visualization using Looker
Strong command of data analysis and visualization tools (Excel, Google Sheets, etc.)
Advanced knowledge of Python
Good understanding of statistical modeling and machine learning techniques (hypothesis testing, regression, logistic regression, random forest, etc.)
Experience with experimentation and A/B testing
Strong ability to generate insights and make business recommendations
Excellent communication skills to simplify complex concepts for non-technical stakeholders
Comfortable working in an ambiguous and fast-moving environment
Ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate resources
