Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain our cloud infrastructure and distributed systems.
- Approach platform development with a product-focused methodology, treating it as a critical internal product.
- Improve CI/CD pipelines to ensure fast, reliable, and secure deployments.
- Implement and maintain observability tools (monitoring, logging, alerting).
- Collaborate with product teams to improve service performance and resilience.
- Optimize management of environments, configurations, and secrets.
- Ensure the platform's security, reliability, and scalability.
- Contribute to process automation and enhance the developer experience.
- Mentor developers and promote engineering best practices.
Requirements
- Proficiency in English to collaborate with international teams.
- Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
- 6–8+ years of experience in software engineering, infrastructure, or platform engineering.
- Experience with cloud environments (GCP is a plus), containerization (Docker), and orchestration (Kubernetes).
- Strong experience with CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, etc.).
- Knowledge of monitoring, observability, and security practices.
- Understanding of SRE concepts.
- Familiarity with developer experience frameworks such as DORA and SPACE.
- Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills.
- Comfortable working in an agile, high-growth environment.
