Responsibilities

Delivering friendly, helpful, and professional support to customers.
Scheduling appointments and reminding customers about upcoming service needs.
Keeping things running smoothly by managing your workload and juggling priorities with ease.
Following up on inquiries and solving issues with a proactive mindset.
Keeping customer records up to date and handling confidential info with care.
Collaborating with dealerships to ensure seamless communication and top-tier customer service.
Conduct outbound calls (approximately 50%) to proactively reach out to customers.
Handle inbound inquiries (approximately 50%), assisting customers with booking appointments and answering questions.
Requirements
Bilingual in French and English
Tech-savvy with strong computer skills and Microsoft Office know-how (Outlook, Excel, Word).
A people person with a passion for great service, and the experience to prove it.
Great communication skills, you’re a pro at listening and making yourself understood.
Organized, with the ability to juggle priorities without dropping the ball.
