Requirements
Proven experience as a Product Manager working on complex, highly technical products.
Strong technical fluency, with the ability to engage deeply with engineers and system-level problems.
Experience leading product teams or mentoring other Product Managers, while remaining hands-on as an individual contributor.
Experience in a scale-up or early-growth environment where products were still being built and shaped.
Track record of shipping high-quality products that delivered clear customer or business value.
Excellent product judgment, including prioritisation and decision-making under uncertainty.
Ability to influence across teams without relying on formal authority.
Clear, structured communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and motivation to build great products for the right reasons.
Comfortable learning new domains quickly and applying that knowledge to real product decisions.
