- Microsoft 365 Solutions Architect responsible for SharePoint Online Architecture and Microsoft Viva Platform Enablement. Leading data governance, compliance, and AI integration for organizational tools in a remote setting.
Responsibilities
- Assisting in designing and maintaining a scalable, secure, and well governed information architecture.
- Leading migrations, modernisation, and platform consolidation.
- Establishing site lifecycle governance and automation.
- Improving performance, usability, and findability across sites.
- Architecting, deploying and optimising Viva tools within Client.
- Enhancing the digital employee experience and engagement.
- Integrating Viva with organisational communications and HR systems.
- Assisting in implementing data classification, retention, DLP, and insider risk controls.
- Supporting regulatory adherence and audit-readiness.
- Improving data lifecycle management across member firms.
- Building up additional skill set in the Purview space as currently limited.
- Assisting in architecting enterprise knowledge frameworks to support Copilot.
- Ensuring secure, compliant access to organisational knowledge.
