Responsibilities
Provide FCRM research, evaluation, operational, reporting and/or analytical support to business FCRM partners
Coordinate requests to and from business FCRM partners
Prepare summaries, communications, reports and presentations for management, regulators, and internal and external stakeholders
Recommend responses to enterprise FCRM Program questions and escalate sensitive issues
Analyze data and draw conclusions for program health reporting
Analyze emerging regulatory and departmental trends and recommend enhancements or remediation
Identify matters requiring additional review or escalation and liaise with appropriate staff to resolve them
Coordinate tracking and reporting of FCRM initiatives and programs
Manage workload to meet SLA requirements
Identify and manage risks, escalating non-standard or high-risk activities
Provide guidance, assistance and direction to FCRM partners
Execute standard FCRM practices and business process improvements
Coordinate with FCRM and compliance partners
Participate in team knowledge transfer, cross-training, coaching and guidance
Keep stakeholders informed about project and activity status
Requirements
Undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience
3+ years of experience
Advanced understanding of products, services, processes, procedures, systems and concepts within the FCRM specialty
Ability to independently perform activities end to end
Ability to manage ambiguity and use judgment to troubleshoot and resolve business and operational issues
Experience with operational, reporting, process and/or analysis functions
Knowledge of regulatory requirements and financial crime risk management
Ability to manage confidential information and escalate issues appropriately
Ability to meet SLA requirements
Ability to work within internal policies, procedures and applicable regulatory guidelines
