About the role
- Responsible for quality control reviews of ITM investigations at TD, ensuring accuracy and adherence to standards. Collaborating with investigators and QC colleagues for effective error identification and resolution.
Responsibilities
- conduct ITM investigations involving risks to customers or the bank
- perform inline reviews prior to case closure
- ensure accuracy and completeness in accordance with guidance and standards
- collaborate with QC colleagues to ensure consistency in reviews
- assist QC leadership with additional projects or tasks as needed
Requirements
- subject matter expert on ITM Investigations
- ability to perform holistic reviews of ITM Investigations
- ability to identify errors within ITM Investigations cases
- ability to provide concise feedback to ITM Investigator
