Ingénieur forestier chez TEHORA, réalisant inventaires, vectorisation et analyses géospatiales. Production de rapports et cartes pour des mandats publics, principalement en télétravail au Québec.

Responsibilities

Conduct and supervise forest inventories and field surveys in accordance with applicable standards
Validate, analyze, and structure collected data
Perform digitization/vectorization and geospatial data processing in GIS environments (ArcGIS, QGIS)
Prepare technical reports, produce maps, and perform analyses that meet contractual requirements
Work closely with internal teams to ensure compliance and quality of deliverables
Participate in the planning and organization of project activities
Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal processes and methodologies

Bachelor’s degree in forestry engineering or a related field
Active, in-good-standing member of the OIFQ (required)
Proficiency with GIS tools (ArcGIS, ArcGIS Pro, QGIS) in a professional context
Excellent writing skills for the production of technical documents
Proven ability to work autonomously in a remote setting
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
