About the role

  • Conseiller en planification et contrôle de projets à TEHORA pour la gestion de portefeuille, soutenant la gouvernance et le suivi des projets. Maintenir des rapports de performance et collaborer avec les équipes.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure integrated monitoring of information resources portfolios, programs, and projects
  • Support governance, accountability, and prioritization activities for information resources (IR) initiatives
  • Analyze variances related to schedules and budgets for projects in the portfolio
  • Assess the impacts of identified variances and recommend corrective actions
  • Produce and maintain dashboards, management reports, and performance indicators
  • Keep portfolio management tools, registers, and documentation up to date
  • Participate in continuous improvement of portfolio management processes, tools, and practices
  • Support teams in the analysis and monitoring of project and information resources (IR) risks
  • Contribute to the development and monitoring of the benefits realization plan
  • Collaborate with stakeholders involved in project governance.

Requirements

  • University degree in business administration, computer science, engineering, or a related field
  • Significant experience in project planning and control or project portfolio management
  • Experience producing dashboards and performance indicators
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft 365, Excel, and portfolio management tools
  • Strong analytical and synthesis skills
  • Experience in governance, accountability, and risk management
  • Demonstrated autonomy, rigor, and leadership
  • Excellent communication skills in French, both verbal and written
  • Experience working with public-sector or governmental organizations is an asset.
