About the role

Responsibilities
- Define and implement quality standards for IT projects

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in quality assurance or software testing
- Certifications: ISTQB Certified Tester; Agile Tester (an asset)
- Proficiency with testing methodologies (unit, integration, performance)
- Experience with testing tools (Selenium, JMeter, Postman)
- Knowledge of quality assurance standards (ISO 9001, CMMI)
- Understanding of security and compliance concerns
- Rigor and attention to detail
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Quality-oriented with a continuous improvement mindset
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French
