About the role
- Project Manager leading advanced imaging product development and NPI launches at Teledyne Technologies. Coordinating engineering, manufacturing, supply chain and quality teams through commercialization.
Responsibilities
- Lead product development and New Product Introduction projects through commercialization and production launch
- Build integrated plans covering scope, schedules, resources, budgets, dependencies and critical paths
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and resolve resource or execution constraints
- Identify risks early and drive mitigation, ownership and escalation
- Facilitate project, risk and phase-gate reviews and enable timely decisions
- Provide reporting on milestones, project health, decisions and actions
- Guide projects through PLM processes and required gate criteria
- Coordinate design transfer, qualification, manufacturing readiness and production transition
- Maintain RAID logs, decision records and change documentation
- Strengthen PMO practices, tools and governance
Requirements
- Strong planning, risk management, stakeholder management and decision-facilitation skills
- 5+ years managing projects/programmes in engineering, hardware development or manufacturing
- Experience with PLM, industrialization, commercialization and cross-functional product development
- Familiarity with engineering change and configuration management
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related technical discipline
- PMP certification or progress towards certification is an advantage
- Agile, Waterfall or hybrid delivery and Scrum experience is an advantage
- ISO/regulated environments and Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, Wrike or Asana are advantageous
