- Define and own the Platform Engineering Practice, market strategy, P&L, talent, and delivery quality
- Set the long-term technical vision for the practice
- Own the full P&L including pricing and pipeline to delivery margin
- Build and maintain senior relationships with channel partner teams
- Drive investment in IP, accelerators, and reusable assets
- Partner with clients' C-suite executives as a trusted advisor
Requirements
- 12+ years in technology consulting
- At least 3–5 years in an executive or practice leadership role
- Proven P&L ownership
- Strong command of cloud-native architecture
- Executive communication skills
- Business Development track record
