Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end delivery across North America while coordinating with global teams in LATAM, EMEA, and APAC.
Serve as a trusted advisor to executive clients, translating business needs into scalable, reliable technology solutions.
Mentor and develop delivery managers, architects, and engineers while promoting best practices in systems engineering and managed services.
Contribute to practice evolution, account growth, and the adoption of AI, automation, and modern engineering practices.
Manage delivery of modernization, integration, and managed services initiatives across North America in collaboration with global teams, ensuring quality, SLA adherence, and client satisfaction.
Track delivery KPIs, milestones, risks, and dependencies to ensure predictable outcomes.
Ensure consistent application of delivery best practices across projects.
Identify opportunities to leverage AI, ML, and automation tools to improve delivery efficiency and client outcomes.
Lead commercial pursuits, solutioning workshops, and account expansion initiatives.
Requirements
10–15 years of experience in technology consulting, systems engineering, or IT services delivery, preferably with client-facing consulting experience.
Proven track record in delivery oversight, client advisory, and operational excellence.
Experience leading distributed teams or multiple account delivery programs.
Strong client-facing skills with the ability to engage confidently with executive stakeholders.
Understanding of cloud, automation, AI/ML, and platform engineering trends.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
