Senior Customer Solutions Architect connecting customers with AI and cybersecurity solutions. Driving sales success and developing relationships in the Enterprise segment from Alberta or British Columbia.
Responsibilities
Connect customers with industry-leading technology solutions, such as AI, network connectivity and cybersecurity
Drive end-to-end sales success, leading customer discovery and creating comprehensive technology roadmaps
Develop relationships at all levels within customers' organizations and challenge client technical teams constructively
Enable customers to prioritize initiatives and present a holistic view of how technology can integrate and enable customers' strategic initiatives
Play a crucial role in pre-sales architecture and contribute to deal closure
Requirements
5+ years of experience in leading the architecture of solutions across multiple technologies
Excellent interpersonal and relationship skills
Customer Focus attitude overcoming obstacles and challenges with resilience and determination
Strong technical understanding across multiple-solution portfolios such as: Telecommunications, Mobility, Unified Communications, Security, Cloud and IT Hosting Solutions
Understand the IT/Telecommunications competitive landscape across Canada
Sales training/account and territory planning – strong asset
Regular touch base sessions with internal stakeholders to remain current on TELUS’ technology offerings
Proven track record in effectively working and leveraging cross-functional resources in an organization to lead an initiative or technical solution
Experience leading and facilitating workshops, whiteboard discussions, technology roadmaps, and consulting conversations with customers
Ability to discuss customer solution benefits from both a technical and financial perspective
Develop digital transformation roadmaps based on our customers’ unique technical environments
Highly organized: you can handle ambiguous ideas and help drive the team to a concrete plan
