About the role

  • Senior Program Manager overseeing TELUS' fibre market engagement and ensuring community readiness. Collaborating cross-functionally to drive brand trust and timely market launches.

Responsibilities

  • Own the Build-to-Market Transition - Serve as the accountable manager for the seamless handoff from network build to Go-To-Market activation
  • Govern Market Readiness Standards - Define, maintain, and enforce clear market readiness criteria
  • Coordinate Cross-Functional Alignment - Serve as the primary interlock between Construction, Network, Supply Ops, GTM, and I&R regional teams
  • Translate Build Progress into Market Activation Plans - Convert real-time build milestones into targeted, market-ready activation briefs
  • Support Eastern Community Pipeline Readiness - Support planning and sequencing for Eastern Canada's next communities
  • Safeguard Community Sentiment and Brand Trust - Develop and govern consistent branding, messaging, and scripting
  • Proactively Identify and Mitigate Launch Risks - Anticipate and address risks
  • Drive Governance and Continuous Improvement - Support regular governance reporting, ELT updates, and program performance reviews

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Planning, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 5+ years of experience in program/project management, Go-To-Market execution, community engagement, or telecom/fibre infrastructure programs
  • Demonstrated experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing complex, multi-market programs simultaneously
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience translating operational milestones into market activation plans
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results under tight timelines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong knowledge of telecom infrastructure, construction milestones, and/or supply operations is a strong asset
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills
  • Proficiency with reporting tools, dashboards, and program management platforms
  • Bilingual (French/English) is an asset, particularly for Quebec market engagement
