About the role
- Senior Salesforce Program Manager responsible for end-to-end delivery of CPQ migration program at Bounteous. Leading stakeholder alignment and cross-functional coordination while ensuring timely execution.
Responsibilities
- Own the full delivery lifecycle of a complex, multi-workstream Salesforce CPQ implementation
- Drive stakeholder alignment across Sales, Revenue Operations, and IT leadership
- Manage delivery cadence, sprint planning, risk tracking, and escalation resolution
- Serve as the primary point of contact between client leadership and the delivery team
- Keep the program on track and communicate status clearly to executive stakeholders
Requirements
- 10+ years in Salesforce program management, with direct hands-on experience owning CPQ implementations
- A track record of delivering complex, multi-workstream enterprise programs end-to-end
- Strong executive presence — you are comfortable representing the program in client leadership conversations
- Experience in SaaS or subscription-heavy Revenue Operations environments (Nice to Have)
- Familiarity with Salesforce Revenue Cloud or ARM (Nice to Have)
