Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end sales readiness strategy for new product and service launches for our Customer + Field Excellence team
- Customize existing SMB playbooks and resources for field teams
- Lead the strategic development and execution of emerging sales initiatives
- Partner autonomously with BCX field leadership, SMB GTM, product, and cross-functional stakeholders to shape strategy and drive alignment
- Develop compelling communications, decks, and collateral that resonate with any audience
Requirements
- 7-10+ years in channel strategy, sales, and/or operations
- Experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder programs with accountability for outcomes across teams
- Proven track record of influencing senior leadership and driving large-scale business transformation
- Expertise in story telling & collateral development (sales resources, decks, and enablement materials) designed for diverse audiences
