About the role

Responsibilities

- Collaborate closely with our team lead and our clinical psychologist
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in psychology, social work, or a related mental health field
- Experience working with clients in a mental health, wellness, or counseling setting
- Ability to conduct thorough, empathetic interviews to assess mental wellbeing
- Proficiency in analyzing questionnaire data and integrating results into interview outcomes
- Excellent writing skills for documenting interviews and preparing comprehensive summary reports
- Strong oral and written communication skills in both French and English
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple clients and caseloads effectively while maintaining strict confidentiality and professional boundaries
