About the role

  • Sr QA Analyst managing quality assurance and ongoing support for SaaS solutions at TELUS Health. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver service excellence to large public sector clients.

Responsibilities

  • Execute testing strategies, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure successful implementation of our comprehensive solution
  • Develop comprehensive test scenarios, mentor junior QA resources, and serve as a reliable point of contact for quality-related decisions
  • Continue to support the integrated administration solution delivered at go live as you transition to our Ongoing Services team in a client-facing role responsible to support our enterprise SaaS solutions
  • Work closely with our client leads to proactively ensure we deliver quality service and optimal solutions to support our client’s business operations needs

Requirements

  • A degree in administration, computer science, actuarial mathematics, business analysis, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance including 2 years in a senior role
  • Ability to understand client needs and requirements from a quality assurance, testing, and ongoing services perspective, ensuring solutions align with external customer expectations.
  • Ability to balance multiple priorities while maintaining strong collaborative relationships with stakeholders, developers, and business teams.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (oral and written) with external clients and internal team members at all levels
  • Proficiency in current computer technologies
  • Experience in using Excel and the Microsoft Office suite
