About the role

  • Principal managing analytics engineering projects for private equity, leveraging AI technology. Leading cross-functional teams and contributing to business development in a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead process innovation initiatives with process improvement reflections
  • Contribute to thought leadership through publications, presentations, and industry engagement
  • Develop deep expertise in chosen technical, industry, and/or functional domains
  • Collaborate with data engineers, software engineers, data scientists, and AI engineers to deliver integrated solutions
  • Support cross-functional innovation initiatives across the firm
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analytics and apply this knowledge to improve solutions
  • Contribute to firm strategy and operational excellence initiatives

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Business Analytics, Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field
  • 8-10 years of experience in Financial Due Diligence analytics practice at a Big 4 firm or equivalent with proven track record of engagement leadership
  • Demonstrated experience leading teams and managing multiple complex engagements simultaneously
  • High business acumen and advanced understanding of connectivity between operational data and financial data
  • Proficiency in SQL and Python for data transformation and analysis
  • Expert knowledge in data visualization principles and executive-level presentation
  • Expert knowledge in enterprise data modeling across various methodologies
  • Proven leadership and management capabilities with track record of developing high-performing team members
  • Strong client relationship management skills with C-suite and PE partners
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • Track record of business development contributions
  • Demonstrated ability to manage engagement economics and project profitability.
