Responsibilities
Complete Psychological Assessment screens;
Perform advanced clinical services; including psychological assessment, diagnosis and/or intervention;
Analyze and evaluate patient data and test or examination findings to diagnose nature and extent of mental disorder;
Provide such other services as may be reasonably required by the Company, and as mutually agreed upon
Requirements
A minimum of 3 years of experience in mental health assessment/triage and treatment is required.
Experience using evidence-based trauma therapy, specifically EMDR or ART is an asset.
Experience with individual, group, and family counselling is an asset.
Doctoral degree (Ph. D.) in Psychology and registration with the College of Psychologists and Behaviour Analysts of Ontario is required.
Professional training certificates in EMDR and/or ART are significant assets.
Contracts are conditional, subject to clear police background check, inclusive of vulnerable sector check.
