About the role

Responsibilities
- Write high-quality, testable, and efficient code using software development best practices within allocated timelines
- Contribute to the development of web and hybrid mobile applications

- Work collaboratively in an agile environment with other developers, the Product Owner, and the Design team across projects
- Review colleagues' code
- Provide feedback on peer work, project progress, and company processes to promote continuous improvement
- Provide technical leadership and mentor the team to ensure code quality, adherence to best practices, and ongoing skills development.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in full stack development
- Proficiency with the majority of Thirdbridge's tech stack
- Autonomy, proactivity, and creativity
- Desire to build and develop high-quality software
- Demonstrated tenacity and initiative that foster continuous learning
- Comfortable giving and receiving constructive feedback
- Team player who promotes mutual support, constructive communication, and collective success
- Intermediate level of spoken and written English required, as the role may involve communicating with clients in North America a few times per week.
