Full Stack Developer creating innovative software solutions at Thirdbridge in a collaborative environment. Engaging in frontend, backend, database, and system architecture work alongside a dynamic team.

Responsibilities

Write high-quality, testable, and efficient code using software development best practices within allocated timelines
Contribute to the development of web and hybrid mobile applications
Collaborate on troubleshooting and resolving bugs
Work collaboratively in an agile environment with other developers, the Product Owner, and the Design team across projects
Review colleagues' code
Provide feedback on peer work, project progress, and company processes to promote continuous improvement
Provide technical leadership and mentor the team to ensure code quality, adherence to best practices, and ongoing skills development.

8+ years of experience in full stack development
Proficiency with the majority of Thirdbridge's tech stack
Autonomy, proactivity, and creativity
Desire to build and develop high-quality software
Demonstrated tenacity and initiative that foster continuous learning
Comfortable giving and receiving constructive feedback
Team player who promotes mutual support, constructive communication, and collective success
Intermediate level of spoken and written English required, as the role may involve communicating with clients in North America a few times per week.
