About the role
- Senior Manager overseeing project management and delivery of digital transformation projects at Tides. Collaborating with teams to leverage technology and improve operations.
Responsibilities
- Own and drive PMO responsible for strategic best practices and executing product delivery and digital transformation initiatives.
- Develop organizational project management and product delivery capabilities, standards and behaviors for effective coordination and prioritization of projects.
- Lead change management strategy for enterprise projects, including stakeholder assessment, change impact analysis, readiness planning, and adoption measurement.
- Partner with leaders and cross-functional teams to identify change risks, address resistance, and build alignment.
- Lead cross-functional project teams, identify systems and processes to drive operational excellence, and support internal stakeholders to ensure they are delivering for our partners.
- Develop strong rapport with internal stakeholders to promote service improvements and prioritize new feature enhancements based on partner and team needs.
- Coordinate testing of implementation, conduct training, and facilitate communication and alignment across teams.
- Develop and manage project budgets, forecasts, and spending plans to ensure initiatives are delivered within approved financial parameters.
Requirements
- 7 years of direct experience and relevant bachelor's degree; or 9 years of relevant experience
- 3 years of experience must be in supervisory, project, or technical leadership capacity
- PMP or Agile certification is strongly preferred
- MBA degree or comparable years or relevant experience preferred
- Experience in change management across complex organizations
- Experience leading and successfully delivering team engagements that require identification, prioritization, design, and implementation of scalable solutions
- Strong technology fluency
- Experience with Salesforce, NetSuite, and other CRM and ERP systems
