About the role

  • Marketing senior associate advancing fundraising, donor engagement, and brand campaigns for Trillium Health Partners Foundation. Coordinating multi-channel initiatives, agencies, vendors, and hospital stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies supporting fundraising, donor engagement, community awareness, and organizational growth
  • Develop campaign briefs, implementation plans, content recommendations, and project schedules
  • Plan and coordinate multi-channel marketing initiatives on time and within budget
  • Apply audience insights, market research, and campaign performance data to optimize strategies and outcomes
  • Maintain brand consistency across communications and marketing materials
  • Lead marketing projects from concept through execution
  • Coordinate internal teams, external agencies, vendors, hospital partners, and stakeholders
  • Facilitate project meetings, provide status updates, and ensure accountability for deliverables and timelines
  • Present recommendations, campaign results, and strategic insights to stakeholders and leadership
  • Improve marketing processes, workflows, and project management practices
  • Monitor KPIs and campaign metrics; develop reports and actionable insights
  • Conduct market and competitive analysis
  • Manage agency, media partner, creative vendor, and supplier relationships
  • Oversee vendor contracts, estimates, invoices, and performance expectations
  • Support marketing budgets and forecasts; monitor spending and campaign ROI
  • Develop and execute content strategies and collaborate with creative teams on marketing and storytelling materials
  • Stay informed on emerging marketing trends, technologies, and fundraising practices

Requirements

  • Post-secondary education in Marketing, Communications, Business, Public Relations, or a related field
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in marketing, communications, campaign management, or a related discipline
  • Experience managing integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels
  • Experience working with external agencies, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholder groups
  • Experience supporting fundraising, nonprofit, healthcare, or mission-driven organizations is considered an asset
  • Strong understanding of marketing strategy, campaign planning, audience segmentation, and brand management
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders without direct authority
  • Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting campaign data and translating insights into action
  • Experience developing reports, dashboards, and performance metrics
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality assurance
  • Proficiency with digital marketing, content management systems, analytics platforms, and Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment
  • Adaptable, resourceful, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
