  • Senior Director shaping corporate strategy, capital allocation and M&A for Trulioo, a global digital identity verification platform. Translating strategic intelligence into enterprise priorities and measurable execution.

Responsibilities

  • Shape Trulioo’s strategic direction and translate it into coordinated enterprise action
  • Own the continued evolution of Trulioo’s strategic blueprint
  • Strengthen alignment between corporate strategy and functional priorities
  • Guide execution of the company’s most important strategic initiatives
  • Test strategy against market, competitive, regulatory, customer, technology and opportunity changes
  • Prepare strategic recommendations and decision materials for executives, the Board, external advisors and stakeholders
  • Design scenario analyses and identify strategic risks
  • Develop points of view on competitive positioning, market adjacencies, thematic investments and required capabilities
  • Co-lead strategy reviews and recommend changes to the strategic blueprint
  • Translate strategy into enterprise priorities, functional goals, measurable outcomes and execution roadmaps
  • Align strategies, investments, roadmaps, OKRs, KPIs and incentives with corporate direction
  • Define scope, sequencing, investment requirements, accountabilities, dependencies and success measures for strategic programs
  • Establish and chair governance forums and feedback loops
  • Partner with the Transformation Office to mobilize initiatives, resolve blockers, measure performance and redirect execution
  • Communicate strategy across the organization
  • Lead MAPS, Trulioo’s quarterly Market Aligned Product Strategy program
  • Connect corporate strategy and market intelligence with product strategy, investment decisions and roadmaps
  • Guide build, buy, partner, watch or pass decisions
  • Oversee MAPS insight packages and capital allocation governance
  • Develop capital allocation priorities and decision frameworks
  • Support Build, Buy and Partner strategy, market mapping, opportunity screening, target identification and monitoring
  • Coordinate cross-functional M&A due diligence and contribute to deal-structure considerations
  • Develop scalable models, AI agents and analytical tools for screening, diligence and transaction decisions
  • Capture integration considerations and implications for value creation, execution complexity and transaction risk
  • Design and operate Trulioo’s enterprise market insights program
  • Produce market landscapes, competitive positioning, opportunity sizing, investment perspectives, regulatory outlooks and customer analysis
  • Build repeatable intelligence-gathering and distribution methods
  • Translate complex signals into strategic implications, executive reporting and recommendations
  • Deliver insights through briefings, dashboards, decision forums and targeted analyses
  • Measure how market intelligence improves strategic decisions, product prioritization, capital allocation and commercial outcomes

Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience across corporate strategy, corporate development, strategic finance, management consulting, market intelligence, transformation or related leadership roles
  • Significant experience in payments, financial services, banking, marketplaces, SaaS, fintech, identity, fraud or RegTech
  • Degree in economics, business, finance, strategy or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience
  • Builder mindset with experience deploying AI tools and models for process improvement, automation and problem solving
  • Experience developing corporate or product strategies and translating them into priorities, roadmaps, investment decisions and measurable outcomes
  • Experience in complex, global and highly cross-functional organizations
  • Experience leading large-scale strategic or transformation programs involving multiple executives, functions and dependencies
  • Meaningful experience supporting acquisitions, including opportunity assessment, target screening, due diligence, transaction analysis and integration planning
  • Advanced analytical and scenario-planning capabilities
  • Ability to make clear recommendations from incomplete or conflicting information
  • Exceptional executive communication skills
  • Experience preparing materials for executive leadership, Boards and external advisors
  • Judgment and executive presence to influence senior leaders, challenge assumptions, facilitate trade-offs and drive decisions
  • Exposure to identity verification, fraud prevention, credit insights, financial crime or regulatory technology is nice to have
  • Experience supporting IPO readiness, public-company strategy or Board-level capital allocation processes is nice to have
  • Direct experience leading post-acquisition integration or value-creation programs is nice to have
  • Advanced degree in economics, business, finance or a related discipline is nice to have
