About the role

  • Senior Partner Success Manager growing reseller revenue for Trulioo’s digital identity verification platform. Managing pipelines, enablement, co-selling, upselling, and API alignment across North America.

Responsibilities

  • Own the partner relationship end to end as dedicated account manager and single point of contact for active reseller partners
  • Manage commercial, technical, and executive relationships across a portfolio of reseller partners
  • Own a year-over-year net-new revenue growth target and drive partner revenue expansion
  • Build, review, and progress partner pipelines; inspect deals, remove blockers, and maintain forecast accountability
  • Deliver partner sales onboarding and ongoing enablement for Trulioo KYC, KYB, and AML solutions
  • Co-sell with partner representatives in front of prospects and customers to advance and close deals
  • Identify and drive upsell opportunities into partners’ existing customer base
  • Lead recurring and executive QBRs and business reviews
  • Partner with Technical Account Management to keep API integrations current, healthy, and aligned with Trulioo capabilities
  • Identify new use cases, product fits, and expansion paths within each partner
  • Represent partner needs and market feedback to Product, Marketing, and GTM teams
  • Leverage AI and emerging technologies to improve productivity, decision-making, and work processes

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in partner success, channel account management, strategic account management, or partner/channel sales
  • Experience ideally within fintech, SaaS, identity, fraud, or compliance solutions
  • Demonstrated track record of growing a partner or account portfolio and achieving revenue growth or expansion targets
  • Hands-on experience with pipeline building and review, co-selling, sales enablement/training, QBRs, and upselling into an existing customer base
  • Experience managing technical, API-driven products
  • Ability to partner with technical teams and translate between commercial and technical stakeholders
  • Strong consultative relationship-building skills at practitioner and executive levels
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Proficiency with CRM and partner/customer management tools, such as Salesforce and PRM platforms
  • Ability to operate independently in a remote, fast-moving environment across North American time zones
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience listed as nice to have, not required
  • Legal eligibility to work in Canada or the United States
