About the role
- Product Manager leading the development for Bree, a fintech company driving accessible financial services. Own product areas and collaborate across teams to enhance user experience and operational execution.
Responsibilities
- Own a core product area (you’ll start with one clear surface area, then expand scope as we scale)
- Build and maintain a prioritized roadmap grounded in measurable impact
- Turn ambiguous problems into PRDs/specs that engineering and design can execute quickly
- Partner deeply with Engineering, Design, Analytics, Underwriting/Risk, CX, and Compliance
- Define success metrics for every initiative and ensure clean instrumentation before launch
- Run tight launch loops: ship → measure → learn → iterate (fast, disciplined, and data-driven)
- Improve internal execution: help establish cadence and artifacts (weekly execution, quarterly planning, post-launch reviews)
Requirements
- Current PM / Senior PM (or high-performing Associate PM) ready for broader scope and ownership
- Experience shipping consumer products with high velocity (mobile/web), with strong execution habits
- Comfort working in fintech, lending/credit, payments, fraud, collections, or other risk-sensitive systems (nice to have, not required)
- Strong analytics mindset (SQL and/or deep dashboard literacy) and experience defining success metrics + instrumentation
- Track record of shipping meaningful improvements while maintaining quality and stakeholder alignment.
