Senior Product Manager improving TryHackMe’s gamified cybersecurity learning platform. Leading Learning Experience strategy, AI-first features, experimentation, and cross-functional product delivery.
Responsibilities
Conduct product discovery and research using qualitative methods and behavioural and usage data
Own and evolve the vision and strategy for a world-class cybersecurity learning experience, including meaningful AI enhancement
Define when AI suggests, automates, or stays silent, and ship clear user affordances
Work closely with design and use AI tools to prototype and ideate improvements
Define product requirements for AI-first features and partner with engineering to deliver them
Partner with founders and leadership to shape concepts and influence company-level product strategy
Lead the cross-functional Learning Experience squad end-to-end, planning and delivering sprints on schedule
Lead multiple projects in parallel with different stakeholders, driving development and product validation
Design and run A/B experiments to test ideas and validate assumptions
Represent Learning Experience in company-wide roadmap planning and leadership reporting
Requirements
5+ years’ product management experience in SaaS/software, with strong ownership of a product area
Proven track record of shipping and scaling complex, high-impact 0–1 features from ambiguous problem statements to launched features with measurable outcomes
Strong AI product expertise, including selecting tools/models, designing workflows, and evaluating AI features for quality, accuracy, and edge cases
Strong product leadership skills, including data analysis, user research, writing, feature lifecycle management, and using insights to drive product decisions
Highly autonomous and organised, with experience managing multiple projects and sprints, prioritising, maintaining backlogs and documentation, and driving execution from discovery through delivery
Strong stakeholder and discovery skills, including influencing senior leadership, running product discovery and workshops, and aligning cross-functional teams around priorities and outcomes
Comfortable operating with high autonomy and influencing senior stakeholders and leadership
Experience in EdTech or learning products, with understanding of pedagogy and instructional design (desirable)
Experience running experiments for SaaS businesses at different growth-funnel stages (desirable)
Passion for cybersecurity (desirable)
Experience with game development (desirable)
