Responsibilities
- Guide all aspects of day-to-day warehouse operations, including inbound, outbound, and supporting departments
- Cultivate and empower a dedicated team of 300+ warehouse employees
- Ensure unparalleled customer service and same-day shipping
- Uphold exceptional levels of accuracy, safety, and performance in a high-performing warehouse environment
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 10+ years of hands-on management experience in 500,000+ square-foot distribution centers
- Experience recruiting and motivating a 300+ employee team
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Experience with performance metrics and warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus
