About the role
- Senior Product Manager shaping pricing strategies and monetization for Unity Technologies. Collaborating with multiple teams to optimize product revenue and customer value.
Responsibilities
- Owning pricing, packaging, and business model initiatives for a defined product scope, from problem discovery through launch and measurement.
- Designing and running pricing experiments and research (e.g., surveys, A/B tests, offer tests) to validate hypotheses and guide decisions with data.
- Collaborating with Product Management and Engineering to ensure pricing and packaging choices align with product strategy and are technically feasible.
- Partnering with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Legal to operationalize changes across systems, processes, and go-to-market motions.
- Synthesizing customer insights, product usage data, and competitive trends into clear recommendations on how we monetize and differentiate our offerings.
Requirements
- Experience shipping software or digital products in a product management or closely related role, with ownership of outcomes.
- Hands-on involvement in pricing, packaging, or monetization work such as modeling options, assessing trade-offs, or supporting commercial decisions.
- Practical experience designing or interpreting experiments and research (for example: pricing surveys, structured tests, or funnel experiments).
- Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to structure ambiguous problems and translate them into clear, data-informed recommendations.
- Ability to drive cross-functional alignment and influence decisions across Product, Sales, Finance, and Marketing through clear reasoning, data, and structured communication.
