Responsibilities
Owning pricing, packaging, and business model initiatives for a defined product scope, from problem discovery through launch and measurement.
Designing and running pricing experiments and research (e.g., surveys, A/B tests, offer tests) to validate hypotheses and guide decisions with data.
Collaborating with Product Management and Engineering to ensure pricing and packaging choices align with product strategy and are technically feasible.
Partnering with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Legal to operationalize changes across systems, processes, and go-to-market motions.
Synthesizing customer insights, product usage data, and competitive trends into clear recommendations on how we monetize and differentiate our offerings.
Requirements
Experience shipping software or digital products in a product management or closely related role, with ownership of outcomes.
Hands-on involvement in pricing, packaging, or monetization work such as modeling options, assessing trade-offs, or supporting commercial decisions.
Practical experience designing or interpreting experiments and research (for example: pricing surveys, structured tests, or funnel experiments).
Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to structure ambiguous problems and translate them into clear, data-informed recommendations.
Ability to drive cross-functional alignment and influence decisions across Product, Sales, Finance, and Marketing through clear reasoning, data, and structured communication.
